WordPress themes have evolved very quickly in the last few years.

Now there is a large selection of beautifully designed themes with advanced functionality. Most of these themes are commercial, but there are still some very good free themes.

In this post, I will focus on 5 outstanding Portfolio themes. As it turns out, Portfolio themes have become a major category for WordPress themes. It’s not hard to figure out why this is the case. Portfolio themes are typically well-design, flexible and appropriate for websites that make heavy use of graphic or photographic elements. For this reason, Portfolio themes are particularly well-suited to artists of all types.
